GhostIT is headed by Austin and Kai, two veterans of the tech scene.

Austin was a trained chef when he decided to pivot his career into software. Since 2017, he has been working to make business processes and customer service run as efficiently as possible. After graduating with a computer science degree and learning more about software development and its lifecycle, he’s experienced the gamut of support ticket volume while working at various companies such as Commerce, Meta, and Zendesk.

Kai met Austin at Commerce in 2017, and has been coding professionally since 2016. Empathetic support and developer advocacy are tenets seen throughout their resume. At Apollo GraphQL, International Market Centers, and Commerce Kai demonstrated value by connecting with developers, surfacing engineering gaps, and being the voice of the user. Kai’s mission is to put a website in every wallet.
